Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

Free exchanges for different sizes or colors on the same item, processed within 3-5 business days.

How to Return

1. Email returns@feminineus.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack securely and drop off at any carrier location.
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

Contact support@feminineus.com immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement.
