Thank you for shopping at Feminineus. We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains
  • All tags attached and original packaging included

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Intimates and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@feminineus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email hello@feminineus.com with your order number and the item details you'd like to exchange for.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at hello@feminineus.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
