Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days | $8.00 (FREE on orders over $75)

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days | $15.00

FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $75 - no code needed!

International Shipping (Canada and more)

Canada: 7-14 business days | Calculated at checkout

Other International: 10-21 business days | Calculated at checkout via DHL or USPS

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

Customs and Import Duties

Our products ship from Colombia and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Most US orders under $800 are not subject to import duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@feminineus.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Feminineus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first, then email us at hello@feminineus.com.
